Our brand new revolutionary BHS corrugator is a true game-changer in the world of corrugated packaging. With its exceptional specifications, including a 132″ three-knife level full line, it outperforms standard corrugators by allowing us to trim three orders simultaneously. This translates to increased efficiency and productivity, enabling us to deliver exceptional results in record time. boasting an average web width of 127″ and a maximum speed of 1,315 lineal feet per minute, we can produce over 500 thousand square feet per hour, equivalent to more than three truckloads of corrugated products. Its versatility is evident in its capability to handle various flute types, including E, B, and C, as well as double wall combinations like BC, BE, and CC.
Our trusty 98″ United Corrugator, complete with a new Fosber Dry End installed in 2020, is a true hero in the world of corrugated manufacturing. Equipped with flutes that include E, B, C, BC, and CF, our corrugator is ready to take on any challenge that comes our way. With a minimum width of 8″ and a maximum width of 96.75″, it can handle sheets of all shapes and sizes! It can handle sheets as short as 20″ and as long as 180″ for the bottom stack, and 198″ for the top stacker. That’s a whole lot of corrugated goodness!
We’ve got even more corrugating firepower with our Master Flute Asitrade installed in 2018 and Bobst Asitrade installed in 2000. These machines are truly a force to be reckoned with! With flutes that include E, B, C, F, and N, we can handle just about anything that comes our way. Top sheets, roll to roll corrugated sheets, pre-print cut to mark, foils, and coated rolls—you name it, we can corrugate it! Our minimum sheet width is 24″ and our maximum sheet width is 62″, so we can handle sheets of all sizes. And get this—our top sheet can reach a maximum length of 80″! For our R2R corrugated sheet, the maximum length for E, F, and N flutes is also 80″, while B and C flutes can go all the way up to 86″. With these impressive specs, there’s no doubt that we can take on any corrugated project and come out on top.
Our machine areas also includes the incredible Bobst Singlefacer! This is the perfect machine for corrugating a wide range of materials, with flutes that include E, B, C, F, and N. With a minimum width of 24″ and a maximum width of 55″, we can handle just about any size sheet you throw our way. And get this – our minimum length is 24″, but we can go all the way up to 60″ for those extra-long corrugated sheets.

Fully color matched sheets? No problem.
When one of our customers asked us to match a specific blue color and run it all the way through the sheet, we immediately got to work and reached out to our mill to send them a color sample. They were able to dye the pulp to match the exact color sample, allowing us to run the paper in all its glorious blue! Our customer was over the moon with the results and placed their order, and we were able to deliver the stock in record time. We ran the liners and the corrugated middle to the specific color match blue, achieving a flawless finish that exceeded our customer’s expectations.
56 prints, 1 project? Got it.
We have a customer who comes to us every year with an exciting display project that just keeps getting bigger and better! We’ve narrowed down the project to three sheet sizes; but with a whopping 56 print copies to keep track of, we are always in for a wild ride. Our team is on top of it all, meticulously recording every detail—from the printer’s received quantity, to our checked-in quantity, and the number of sheets shipped back to the finisher. We even hold onto any extra sheets, just in case! The pressure is high each year because this project has an ultra-tight timeline and over to under spread, but we’re the dream team when it comes to delivering top-notch results under pressure. It’s a whirlwind of excitement, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
Color matched and laminated? Absolutely!
We have several customers who are so passionate about their packaging that they request us to coat the liner in a specific PMS color, ensuring that the inside of the box matches the top sheet on the outside. It’s a meticulous process that starts with the customer giving us the exact PMS color they desire. We then send that color to our coater, who mixes up the ink and sends us a sample of the color. We send the samples to the customer for their approval, and once we receive the green light, we are ready to roll! We check the approved samples against the coater’s work and even double-check the color when it arrives before our production run. As we print their custom-designed top sheet, we also run the color-coated paper for the inside of the box, ensuring that every detail is just right. It’s an exciting process that requires extreme attention to detail, but it’s all worth it to deliver packaging that stands out from the crowd and makes a lasting impression!
Printed instructions on the inside? Sure thing!
One of our customers approached us with a unique request—they wanted to have printed instructions on the inside of their box, with a beautiful top sheet on the outside. We got right to work and collaborated with a pre-print vendor to print a roll of paper with the instructions that would run on the inside of the box. The printer even added a special symbol for our machine eye to see when to cut the paper, making the entire process seamless. We were able to perfectly align the top sheet and the printed liner, all in one swift process. And the best part? The customer just had to cut and glue the box, making their packaging process a breeze. We were thrilled to deliver a unique and efficient project that exceeded expectations.
